Special Seminar: Prof. Ana Pombo (Host: Dr. Carol Wu)

Special Seminar: Prof. Ana Pombo (Host: Dr. Carol Wu)

October 31, 2017 at 4:00pm to at 5:00pm

Mudd Hall, Room 100

Dear Colleagues and Students,
I have invited Professor Ana Pombo (Humboldt University & Max Delbruck Center for Molecular Medicine, Berlin) to give a special seminar to the Biology Department on October 31 TUESDAY, at 4.00 pm in Mudd 100. Please note the date change from the original announcement, owing to her travel to a meeting in Boston.
Her seminar is entitled: “Genome architecture: mechanisms of 3D chromatin folding” and will highlight the pioneering technology she has developed to localize DNA loci in cell nuclei.

I anticipate that we will have a schedule of speaker appointments on TUESDAY with faculty as well as a meeting with graduate students.

Thanks,

Carl Wu
