To Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine faculty

Dear Colleague,

Young Investigators’ Day was established in 1978 to recognize young investigators trained at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and provide them with a forum of their work. The awards are intended to recognize research undertaken by applicants while registered as students or postdoctoral fellows at the school of medicine.

Completed applications will be accepted this year via the Interfolio Website (http://apply.interfolio.com/113209) from now through January 31, 2023. Each submission should include: applicant’s CV, abstract of not more than 250 words, essay, and a letter of recommendation. For more detailed submission requirements, please see the Young Investigators’ Day Program website at www.HopkinsYIDP.org. All of the awards carry a $1,000 honorarium.

Finally, the Young Investigators’ Day Program will be held on April 20, 2023 at 3 p.m. in the Mountcastle Auditorium in the Preclinical Teaching Building. We look forward to celebrating the efforts of Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine’s best and brightest young investigators.

Sincerely,

Zhaozhu Qiu, Ph.D.

Director, Young Investigator’s Day Program
Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine
